Internships
Unpaid interns learn about a children’s art studio, gain volunteer hours, resume experience, and a letter of recommendation. Interns help with cleaning, supply prep, and support studio operations. Ages 14+

Teachers/Aides:
Update as of 9/25: We are not currently hiring. Please submit your resume and we will reach out if needed. Otherwise we recommend submitting a proposal to teach your own workshop.
We are looking for qualified art teachers to develop and lead their own classes at Hot Potato Art Studio. We are also looking for aides to help with busy classes, vendor fairs, birthday parties, and school programs.
Requirements:
* Positive, enthusiastic, and patient personality.
* You don't mind a mess and a little chaos.
* Experience working with kids.
* A passion for art (an art education is a plus, but not required)
* Physical requirements: ability to stand on your feet for several hours, move tables and chairs, and lift/carry art supplies.
* IVP-Fingerprint Clearance Card required (for teachers)
* Flexible schedule and weekend availability a plus.
Internships/Volunteer Hours
Ages 14+
Does your teen love art? Are they looking to build a resume? Would you like them to gain valuable work experience?
If so, we would love to have their help in the art studio. Tasks range from preparing art materials, maintaining art supplies, to helping with art classes (depending on age). In exchange, your child will build their resume, receive a letter of recommendation, and gain valuable work experience in a fun work environment.
